Returns Policy

 

At Article White all our products are entirely hand poured using a blend of natural products and as such each product can vary slightly in colour and making.  And while we hope that you enjoy all our products as much as we do we are unable to accept returns based on personal taste. 

Returns are only accepted for products purchased on our website, in the original packaging, for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. If purchased from a separate in store or online retailer, please contact said retailer for their return policy, we are unable to be held responsible for their stock and consumer refund policies.

Original condition implies no scratches or marks on the product in question; the original packaging has not been opened, tampered with or damaged.

Please ensure to contact us at info@articlewhite.com for a Returns Reference number before you post a return, as we are unable to accept any returns without this request first.

Your Name, Address, Order Number, Returns Reference and reason for return/exchange

You are required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the products to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.

 

Returns policy for faulty or damaged items

Article White will only replace items if they are proven to be faulty or damaged within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us on info@articlewhite.com with your delivery receipt reference and we will arrange for a pick up courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed.

 

Returns policy for Sale items

Return on sale items are only accepted for products purchased on our website, in the original packaging, for exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Exchange will be based upon sale pricing of original item purchased.
